Reports, certificates, and assessments will be delivered electronically to your registered email unless otherwise agreed.

Some services may involve collaboration with assessors, vendors, or external specialists. In such cases, only essential information required for service delivery will be shared, and all partners are bound by confidentiality agreements.

7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

We provide psychology-related services including (but not limited to) consultations, assessments, therapy sessions, workshops, and reports.

Services are offered online and in-person (where applicable), subject to availability and confirmation.

Our services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric emergency care. In case of crisis, please contact local emergency services immediately.
2. Booking & Payments

Once you choose a service, costs will be shared with you upfront.

A payable invoice will be raised upon confirmation, and payment must be completed through one of the accepted payment methods listed in our Payment Policy.

Services will be scheduled only after payment is successfully processed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Booked services cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Appointments may be rescheduled only if the intent is communicated via official email or verified business WhatsApp at least 3 working days in advance.

Reschedule requests after this period will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered as service delivered.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available once a service is confirmed, as some services involve advance payments to vendors, assessors, or team members.

Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate alternate dates for your service.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
