Service Confirmation & Invoice
Once you choose a service, we will share the cost with you upfront. After you confirm, a payable invoice will be raised in line with the payment details sent to your registered email. An official receipt will also be emailed once your payment is completed. -
Secure Online Payments (Razorpay)
Payments can be made directly through our secure Razorpay gateway. A standard convenience charge is applied at checkout, depending on the payment method:-
Debit / Credit Card – 2% for debit cards, 3% for credit cards.

Net Banking / UPI / Wallets – Standard Razorpay charges may apply.

Direct Bank / UPI Payments
Clients may also pay directly via bank transfer or through authentic and verified UPI IDs. These payments do not attract any additional convenience charges. Details will be shared in the next section for your convenience.

Digital Delivery
Our services are digital (consultations, assessments, therapy sessions), so no physical shipping is involved. Any resources, reports, or certificates will be sent electronically to your registered email. -
Currency and Exchange Rates
All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). International clients paying through Razorpay may see charges converted by their bank or card provider at prevailing exchange rates. -

Payment Methods
When you book our services, a payable invoice will be raised in line with the payment details shared in your confirmation email. You may then complete the payment through any of the following options.
If you already know the payable amount, you may also choose to pay directly via bank transfer or verified UPI without waiting for the invoice.
Debit and credit cards
A standard convenience charge applies (2% for debit cards, 3% for credit cards).
Direct payments can be made via bank transfer or verified UPI without any additional charges.

Service Cancellation
Once a service has been booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. -
Rescheduling Appointments
Appointments may be rescheduled only if the request is made at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled time. Requests must be communicated through our formal channels:-

Late Requests
Any reschedule request made within 3 working days of the appointment will not be accommodated. In such cases, the session will be considered as service delivered and no refund or reschedule will be applicable.

No Refunds
Once a service has been booked and confirmed, refunds are not possible. This is because certain services require advance payments to vendors, assessors, or other team members involved in delivering your service. -
Alternate Dates
While refunds cannot be issued, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate alternate dates for your appointment or service, whenever possible and subject to availability.
